From Earthfiles :
November 20, 2007 Elmhurst, Illinois – The whole world knows about September 11, 2001, when the two World Trade towers melted down to New York City streets after terrorist-controlled airliners flew into them. The day before, on September 10th, 2001, then Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, declared his own war on the Pentagon bureaucracy for wasting so much unaccounted money. Sec. Rumsfeld said, “According to some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions.”
One of Rumsfeld’s worried employees was Jim Minnery from the Defense Department’s Finance and Accounting Service. He backed up Rumsfeld by saying, “We know the money is gone. But we don’t know what they spent it on.” Minnery, a former Marine turned whistle-blower, risked his job by speaking out about millions of dollars missing from Department of Defense (DOD) balance sheets.
Twenty years earlier in the early 1980s, Department of Defense Analyst Franklin Spinney also made headlines exposing what he called “accounting games in which the books are cooked routinely year after year.”
Trillions of dollars “cooked” – by whom? And for what reason? These questions were behind one of the presentations at the Las Vegas UFO Crash Retrieval Conference November 10-11, 2007. Michael Schratt, 38-year-old, has always had a passion for studying airplanes and even took some Parks College courses in aerospace engineering in St. Louis. He did not earn a degree, but he went on to become an autocad draftsman working on aerospace components. Today, he is an Aerospace draftsman for Armstrong Aerospace based in Elmhurst Illinois.
Michael has a theory about where all the black budget DOD trillions have been going over the past 60 years: to fund a TOP SECRET space program that no citizen in the United States knows about – including most of Congress. If true, it means that NASA is only public window dressing for a much bigger and more advanced American clandestine program to dominate and weaponize space. Schratt thinks it all began in the 1940s when Presidents Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman realized that non-human, “celestial” and “interplanetary” technologies were interacting with our planet. By 1958, the public arm of a space program – NASA – is what Michael Schratt thinks was created in parallel with another secret space program.
I find this interesting because Richard Hoagland and Mark Bara’s new book, Dark Mission, advances this idea exactly. Only the interview with Michael Schratt, a draftsman who worked for Armstrong Aerospace, doesn’t include the occult overtones that Dark Mission exploits.
The idea that NASA, the public face of the American space program, has an “evil” twin makes quite a bit of sense in that irregardless of the tax monies that have been collected and spent studying advanced technologies capable of putting humans on the Moon, let alone Mars, have all but produced nothing since 1972 substantial except for NASA to be constantly scrounging for funds and utilizing technology that the Nazi’s created over sixty years ago. It boggles the mind and defies logic.
So where’s the money? The question was asked by Rummy the Mummy a day before 9/11 to the Pentagon supposedly; “According to some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions.”(or look above)^
That’s 2.3 followed by 12 zeroes. Soon to be worthless any day now, but that’s a story for another time. But you get my drift.
The theme here is NASA’s evil twin has all of the UFO and Star Trek Tech we’ve been wanting and craving for thirty years. Theory has it that we have it because we’ve reversed engineered UFO tech. Did we? Or did we do it on our own just spending money like it was water?
Both Linda Howe and Dick Hoagland have had credibility issues in the mainstream and UFO communities for the past few years. I leave it up to you gentle readers to decide whether the story(s) have merit or not.
From a Daily Galaxy post by Josh Hill :
The World… 2.0
Once in a while, you come across so completely bizarre and fantastic, that it just blows your mind. And though I’m sitting here listening to Tay Zonday’s deep voice, that isn’t what’s blowing my mind. What is is the fact that someone is building a miniature version of our planet off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
‘The World’ is a series of artificial island projects that are being designed, and is being built primarily from dredged sand. An oval breakwater surrounds the islands, which are laid out to look like a flat map of the planet.
This is, of course, a commercial venture, providing the wealthy the opportunity to own their small part of the world… sorry.
In the end, anyone who owns an island will be able to shape it accordingly. And though limited by the restrictions of ‘The World’, with plots including water areas, sand can be moved around to suit the owner’s whims.
Instead of using their wealth for altruistic ventures as nuclear fusion, space exploration, finding ways to teach the poor self-reliance through education and stopping wars, the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has decided that the rich elite need to have their little piece of the Earth terra-formed, quite literally, off the coast of his little sheikdom.
Like these arseholes don’t already own their piece of the action anyway.
Hey, I’m not against people getting rich through their own labor, but when people who think they are gods rub people’s noses into the sh*t, isn’t right in my book. Especially when just across the Arabian Peninsula and the Red Sea human beings are starving to death and being systematically wiped out. Not to mention across the Gulf into Iraq either.
From BBC News :
A lack of “big thinking” by politicians has stifled a scheme to distribute laptops to children in the developing world, a spokesman has said.
Walter Bender of One Laptop per Child (OLPC) said politicians were unwilling to commit because “change equals risk”.
But, he said, there needed to be a “dramatic change” because education in many countries was “failing” children.
In an interview with the BBC, Nigeria’s education minister questioned the need for laptops in poorly equipped schools.
Dr Igwe Aja-Nwachuku said: “What is the sense of introducing One Laptop per Child when they don’t have seats to sit down and learn; when they don’t have uniforms to go to school in, where they don’t have facilities?”
“We are more interested in laying a very solid foundation for quality education which will be efficient, effective, accessible and affordable.”
The previous government of Nigeria had committed to buying one million laptops.
When I first heard about this plan, I thought; “What a good way to educate poor children, especially in areas that had easy broadband access.”
But apparently, some politicians, mainly the ones in the countries that need these laptops the most, don’t like this idea. Why?
Sure, these kids need schools too, but in this age of the ‘virtual classroom’, isn’t that a better plan than no school at all?
IMHO, there’s something more here than the supposed desire to build brick and mortar schoolrooms, and not relying on computers totally.
I’m reminded of the saying by Thomas Jefferson; “If we’re going to have a successful democratic society, we have to have a well educated and healthy citizenry”.
These aren’t principles the worlds’ elites obviously believe in.
Jeff Bezos, Chairman and CEO of Amazon.com has quietly been bankrolling an entrenpeneurial private suborbital space enterprise called Blue Origin. Bezos, in a November 19 interview on the Charlie Rose show, touted Blue Origin’s progress:
Bezos noted that Blue Origin’s first development vehicle — the Goddard — has been flown to low-altitude several times from a company owned 200,000 acre launch complex in western Texas. To date, the tight-lipped Blue Origin group has only publicized the November 13, 2006 first flight of that craft.
“We are now working on a second development vehicle,” Bezos said. “There will be at least one more development vehicle after that…at least, I don’t know, maybe it’ll be more.”
Blue Origin is building a vertical takeoff/vertical landing spacecraft that will take three or more astronauts to the edge of space, Bezos said.
Dubbed the New Shepard program — paying homage to the 1961 suborbital flight of Mercury astronaut, Alan Shepard — Bezos said that Blue Origin’s effort is built on taking one step at a time. The company’s motto, he emphasized, is Gradatim Ferociter, “step by step, ferociously.”
“We’re not in any hurry…because we’re trying to build a very safe, well-engineered vehicle. [I] don’t see any reason to rush on this,” Bezos told Rose.
Bezos goes on to say that safety is the first priority and that there’s no preconceived test to check the space tourism market for profitability.
“I’m highly skeptical of such studies because you don’t really know until you do it,” Bezos explained. “But I do think this can be made into a viable business. You have to be very long-term oriented,” he said.
That’s an understatement. As of now, there are at least ten to twenty private companies trying for the space tourism market. I’m not sure if there’s enough millionaires to go around.
Bezos further adds; “…people who complained about a seven year-long investment in Amazon, … would be horrified by Blue Origin.”
When asked if he would fly in his own ship, he replied; “I will go. I definitely will go. I can’t wait actually.”
The race to get a viable and reliable suborbital vehicle is on and who ever is the first one to do so, without having any casualties in the process, has a huge jump on everyone else. And when they do, big profits! After a while, the field will thin down to maybe four or five companies, like the airlines did. So many millionaires will have their one shot and get it out of their system. But I think the industry will develop into carrying bigshot business types all over the world in an hour or two, possibly eliminating old style airlines. Why take an 18 hour flight someplace when you can do it in two hours?
Of course cost is the big initial issue, but as the technology gets better and more people use it, the cost will go down.
This was a subplot Ben Bova used in his 1996 novel Moonrise. The story was mainly about nanotechnology on the Moon and a growing global conservatism (hmmm…). But the main characters, the dysfunctional Masterson family, made its’ fortune building and using the same type of vehicle Bezos’ company is engineering now to take anyone, anywhere on the Earth suborbitally in an hour or two.
Art preceeding life? It worked for Jules Verne. And sounds like it might be a business model after all!
The following is a little YouTube clip from John Carpenter’s They Live.
And yes, that is former wrestler “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. I sure wish I could get my hands on glasses like that!
Reverse “rose-colored” glasses?
I wish I had a patent on those!

The Day the Earth Stood Still was one of the many sci-fi movies during the Cold War/McCarthy Era that exhibited the paranoia of the time. The following is a pretty good YouTube version that pretty much eliminated the middle of the movie, but left the message of the film intact.
What was true then, carries into today.
From the article What Are They? by Richard M. Dolan
I have come to a different conclusion. I concede that my position is provisional, and may change in time. But the more I reflect on it, the more persuasive I find it. It is that the UFO phenomenon is the product of an artificial intelligence. Advanced machine intelligence, vastly outstripping our own, biological, intelligence.
Now, many people believe that machine intelligence is involved somehow in the phenomenon of UFOs. What I am suggesting is that it is the driving force.
I assume that I am not the only proponent of this idea, but I am not aware of any other UFO researcher who has expressed it in this way. Back in the 1960s, there was one writer whose thoughts moved in this direction, or who at least entertained the possibility. That was Ivan Sanderson, surely one of the most original thinkers ever to write about UFOs.
It is a shame that Sanderson, a biologist by profession, wrote only two books on UFOs. It is a greater shame that he is all but forgotten today. His first book, Uninvited Visitors (1967) remains among the most sophisticated analyses yet done on the possible nature of UFOs (Sanderson called them Unexplained Aerial Objects, or UAOs).
Too long to summarize here, Sanderson methodically asked, not what UAOs were, but what they could be. He developed a six page outline of the possibilities. Thus, they could be inanimate or animate. If inanimate, they might be natural, or artificial, each possibility with several subsets. If animate, they could also be natural or artificial. Natural forms might include life-forms indigenous to space, or to atmospheres, or to solid bodies. Artificial forms might be domesticated natural life-forms, genetically created life forms, or biochemically created life forms.
I have theorized along these same lines and had rather lengthy discussions about it too. When theories about a technological Singularity were put forth during the late 1980s, early 1990s, most people, especially main stream researchers, scoffed at the idea of super-intelligent machines improving themselves exponentially leaving us, biological intelligences, in the mud so to speak. If this is the evolutionary path biological intelligences take in order to spread out through interstellar space, surely beings that emerged during an earlier history of our galaxy must’ve crossed this threshold? All it would take is one civilization.
Actually, the idea of biological beings creating and leaving super-AI descendants or gradually becoming them through cyborgization is an old idea. Ronald Bracewell in 1960 theorized that advanced space going cultures might send out intelligent probes instead of radio signals to contact more primitive species. Stanley Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke used this theme to great effect with the black Monolith in 2001:A Space Odyssey. Another sci-fi author, Philip K. Dick in his novels VALIS and Radio Free Albemuth posited an ancient intelligent interstellar probe from Sirius in orbit around Earth influencing past and present human culture.
So why shouldn’t we think that a collective-intelligence nanoswarm type machines been here for millenia experimenting with us primitives just for amusement? How could we guess what motivates these intelligences, if that’s what they are?
Is that any crazier than the Big Bang Theory, God or Tipler’s Omega Point?

Now that I stirred up the pot with ETs, ancient gods and Nibiru, here’s a little touch of the secular with some video of the comet 17P/Holmes. It has quite an impressive tail and “coma” around it now. It has also exploded some gas pockets from it, expanding it’s coma to planetary width.
Historically, comets have been messengers of apocalypse and doom. And boy, 17P/Holmes has had some tales told about it! But today, it’s just observational videos. It’s up to the viewer to interpret the message, if there is one.
Here’s an informational vid telling the potential observer how to locate the comet:
This will probably be the last posting until after the Thanksgiving holiday. Time to feast on whatever beast is at hand and gossip about…er…with family. If you are a fellow U.S. citizen, have a happy and if you are one of my worldly commentors/readers, be thankful you’re getting a break from my lousy grammar and prose! 😎
Here’s some interesting weirdness, or tinfoil if you prefer about the return of the Planet Nibiru, the home of the Anunnaki Gods of Ancient Sumeria.
The following are three videos with pictures of UFOs and the remains of the giant hybrid Nephilim, offspring of fallen angels and human beings. And the return of the planet Nibiru of course.
Is this nonsense? Judge for yourself if any of the videos are photoshopped.
From The New York Times :
Over the past six years, the Bush administration has spent almost $100 million on a highly classified program to help Gen. Pervez Musharraf, Pakistan’s president, secure his country’s nuclear weapons, according to current and former senior administration officials.
Haraz N. Ghanbari/Associated Press
But with the future of that country’s leadership in doubt, debate is intensifying about whether Washington has done enough to help protect the warheads and laboratories, and whether Pakistan’s reluctance to reveal critical details about its arsenal has undercut the effectiveness of the continuing security effort. The aid, buried in secret portions of the federal budget, paid for the training of Pakistani personnel in the United States and the construction of a nuclear security training center in Pakistan, a facility that American officials say is nowhere near completion, even though it was supposed to be in operation this year.
A raft of equipment — from helicopters to night-vision goggles to nuclear detection equipment — was given to Pakistan to help secure its nuclear material, its warheads, and the laboratories that were the site of the worst known case of nuclear proliferation in the atomic age.
While American officials say that they believe the arsenal is safe at the moment, and that they take at face value Pakistani assurances that security is vastly improved, in many cases the Pakistani government has been reluctant to show American officials how or where the gear is actually used.
That is because the Pakistanis do not want to reveal the locations of their weapons or the amount or type of new bomb-grade fuel the country is now producing.
It’s nice to see that Bu$hco has been aware that his buddy and pawn Musharraf has been on increasingly shaky ground for the past couple of years. The relatively few Americans who are actually aware of global events have wondered about when Musharraf got overthrown and the extremists took over what would happen to the country’s nukes.
I’m not too confident about this plan either and I’m not happy about $100 million petrodollars getting siphoned for this project, but hey, that’s just a drop in the proverbial bucket! I just hope there’s at least a few competent people doing this job!
Middle East policy for like it seems forever has been a series of debacles, one right after the other since the 1920s. Of course oil is the central feature and the control thereof. The various peoples in the region have been pawns, cannon fodder, terrorists and despots for over eighty years and it’s coming to a head where these people are saying, ” Enough is enough!” And as Peak Oil approaches (and the Saudis know this) and the quest to control a dwindling resource creeps northward toward Central Asia, (i.e., American missile “defense” bordering Russia) different players are involved. Namely China and India. Two ancient nations who aspire to greatness once again.
So much for The Project For A New American Century.
