Will the Japanese find Nibiru?

This illustration released by Kobe University shows a planet — half the size of Earth — which is believed to be in the outer reaches of the solar system. The researchers at Kobe University have said that their theoretical calculations using computer simulations lead them to conclude it was only a matter of time before the long-awaited “Planet X” was found.
The researchers at Kobe University in western Japan said calculations using computer simulations led them to conclude it was only a matter of time before the mysterious “Planet X” was found.”Because of the very cold temperature, its surface would be covered with ice, icy ammonia and methane,” Kobe University professor Tadashi Mukai, the lead researcher, told AFP.The study by Mukai and researcher Patryk Lykawka will be published in the April issue of the US-based Astronomical Journal.”The possibility is high that a yet unknown, planet-class celestial body, measuring 30 percent to 70 percent of the Earth’s mass, exists in the outer edges of the solar system,” said a summary of the research released by Kobe University.

“If research is conducted on a wide scale, the planet is likely to be discovered in less than 10 years,” it said.

So the possibility of a ‘Planet X’, or ‘Nibiru’ isn’t so much tinfoil hat semi-religious crap anymore, ay?

Ever since Zecharia Sitchen proposed the theory of extraterrestrial contact with the ancient Sumerian culture over thirty years ago and the story of the aliens’ home, Nibiru, many points and counter-points concerning the existence of such a planetary body have been written. As astronomers and astrophysicists studied the Solar System through improved ground and space based telescopes and robotic probes in recent years, more has been learned about planetary motion, gravity, cosmic radiation, solar wind and materials that make us and the planets up than in the previous 400. The discovery of the Kuiper Belt at the fringes of the Solar System was an extremely important one because a whole new class of objects gave space scientists a larger backyard to play in. The relegation of Pluto and its moon Charon to Kuiper Belt objects instead of regular planets (because of their Neptune crossing orbit) was a huge step in recognizing the larger outer solar system as a harbinger of objects that might be as large, or larger than our Moon and planets the size of Mars.

Although the Sitchin Sumerian translations indicate that Nibiru might’ve had a breathable atmosphere that required ‘gold-dust’ to maintain its planetary temperature in a kind of controlled ‘green-house’ effect because of the planet’s long elliptical orbit taking it to the outer depths of solar space, chances are that Planet X has an atmosphere that will be frozen onto its surface until it gets closer to the Sun and starts warming up. A ‘coma’, or a cometary effect might become evident when the planet comes closer to the Sun, if its orbit brings it in that way. It’ll definitely be a show!

Planet X, or Nibiru has always been the stuff of legend and myth. The Japanese proposal threatens to make fantasy into fact. And they did say it could be confirmed in a little under ten years. A little, like say give or take six years?

In time for 2012 maybe?

  2. Hmmm, I wonder how the Japanese managed to leak this out past its NWO overseers, the Rockefellers?

Nibiru has always served as an occult object in the Middle East, ancient and present. And we know the NWO just love secret symbols!

Maybe Benjamin Fulford got the greedy Rockefeller Banksters to loosen their grip on the Japanese?

Hope upon hope! But I ain’t holding my breath. }-P

  3. Hi dad2059 et. al. …

Here’s a Wiki link to Zecharia Sitchen

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zecharia_Sitchin

I suggest people read the link, then think, just think about some of this guys ‘crackpot’ claims. He references planetary collisions and it’s the reason we have the a large ocean basins such as the Pacific, both north and south and the Indian Ocean with the continents seemingly clumped due to these past collision/s.

    Obviously the guy doesn’t embrace plate tectonics… /: )
I realize this material is fun to read, but if you really analyze his claims and then both think, reasearch, and think again in the light of the discoveries of the past century you’ll realize he’s another Van Daniken simply making a buck with alot of unscientifically based conjecture. Again, I advise folks to read the Wiki link so they can get up to speed concerning the Nibiru legends.

The man is quite old and the world has come a “long way baby” since he started cranking out his pseudo-scientific theories. It’s provided him with a decent living for sure and “adventures of the mind” are fun to say the least!

Maybe the Japanese are pursuing this because of their affinity with the Subaru for which a successful auto line is so named. It’s the Japanese word referring to the “Seven Sisters of the Pleaides” Only six are shown on the auto’s hood emblem logo though. People with good vision can see all seven of the major stars in this winter constellation. It’s about 400 light years distant and is a nursery for very hot young and no doubt soon to die stars by stellar standards; ie., 30 million years or so.

Maybe they’l introduce a new auto named Nibiru if they should have the fortune of detecting anything with their research. Due to Nibiru’s mass the new car should be a full-sized luxury diesel-electric hybrid sean that gets an amazing 80 plus miles to the gallon…no?! : ))

  4. Carl: LOL! I think the Japanese are building a diesel/electric hybrid car, but I don’t think they’ll call it Nibiru or it is a luxury car!

Or is it someone else? I can’t remember which.

I have a special place in my heart for Von Daniken and Sitchen’s ancient astronaut theories, that started my interest into the extraordinary, esoteric and to question Christian doctrine and other religious dogma.

The above characters stretched scientific credibility into the impossible and certainly have had alot of their theories debunked over the years, but my point in this is that legend, myth, oral histories and sacred texts may have a kernal of truth in them that the stories are built around. Thirty-five years ago when Von Daniken and Sitchen first proposed their theories, everyone laughed. Especially Sitchen’s tales of travelling planets and planetary collisions creating chaos and rebirth. So what do we have now? Our asteroid belt may be the result of a planetary break-up. Our own Moon was a result of the early Earth’s collision with a Mars sized object billions of years ago. Recently a region on Venus is proposed to be a result of an ancient collision. How about large planet-size objects with eccentric orbits in the Solar System? Pluto and Charon crossing the orbit of Neptune, the recent large comet that made a spectacle last fall, the discovery the Kuiper Belt might house large planetary objects, even a frozen Earth-type planet that might be brought in to thaw out and to be colonized. And now the Japanese proposal that there might actually be a ‘Planet X’ in a highly eccentric orbit.

Do you see what I’m getting at here? Hypotheses that were laughed at decades ago are now credible. How did the ancients know these things? Did they discover them on their own? Or did they get help?

It begs the question in my view.

  5. Hi dad2059…

I have Van Daniken, Sitchen, Velikovsky et. al. writer’s of this genre’ of book in my library. I’m sure each of these writer’s have hit upon some anomalies in our scientific knowledge base that aren’t being explained correctly to this point in time. So each and everyone of them have contributed something to the overall stew in that they have caused people to think rather than to simply accept the status quo when it comes to traditional explanations for anything and everything. I enjoy reading about unexplained anomalies…!

I’m glad you got a laugh concerning my suggestion of the Japanese building a “heavy-mass”, high gas mileage d/e sedan… : )

  6. I had a large collection of Von Daniken and the others also. When I left home in 1977 my mother stored them in the attic of the old house. Unfortunately the house burned in 1993, total loss.

Most of their theories are dated now because quite a bit of it became fact. The ancient astronaut theory has yet to be proven though and it might never be, but it’s an important question to ask, despite the Fermi Paradox.

  7. here is an on air debate about Planet X nibiru

  8. why pick on the japs? it is not only the mayans or the incas that knew about the nibiru. of course the daddys at the NASA knows about this – long back – more serious from the Bush sr. presidency and probably the reason to invade iraq. now they have some clue from the Sumerian tablet that the yankees stole from Babylon. did i hear that NASA has postponed the next MARS mission to 2011 or later? sure rings a bell huh?
