The Iron Cage Door

Far be it for me to burn on the Globalists (*heh-heh*), but I couldn’t help it when I read about this yesterday and saw that Mac Tonnies of Posthuman Blues posted it on his site:

Taking a page from President Bush, Democrat Barack Obama said Tuesday he wants to expand White House efforts to steer social service dollars to religious groups, risking protests in his own party with his latest aggressive reach for voters who usually vote Republican.

Obama contended he is merely stating long-held positions — surprising to some, he said, after a primary campaign in which he was “tagged as being on the left.”

In recent days, with the Democratic nomination in hand and the general election battle with Republican John McCain ahead, Obama has been sounding centrist themes with comments on guns, government surveillance and capital punishment. He’s even quoted Ronald Reagan.

On Tuesday, touring Presbyterian Church-based social services facility, the Democratic senator said he would get religious charities more involved in government anti-poverty efforts if elected.

After getting numbed up by war-like neocons for the past eight years, Americans are getting set up for some neoliberalism ala Clinton this time around. And we’ll welcome it too because most of us want change of any kind.

But guess what people, they’re all in on it, so get a clue!

As the late George Carlin said, “Americans are stupid, we all think we have rights. We have no stinkin’ rights, we have privileges…”

Oh so true!

Obama courts conservatives with new faith program

Hat tip to Mac.

Red Ice Creations is one of my favorite sites to scan, and their podcasts by host Henrick Palmgren and engineered by Fredrick (brother?) are literally out of this world.

Last night Henrick put up what he called a very important public service announcement by David Icke. Now Icke has a credibility problem even in the esoteric community, so I was caught unawares, but intrigued by this so I downloaded and listened to the podcast:

http://www.redicecreations.com/radio/2008/07jul/RICR-080701-dicke.mp3

In it Icke describes a vote in an upcoming British Parliament session that could literally bring Big Brother fully into the UK and why this is happening simultaneously throughout the world, especially in the U.S.

The Iron Cage Door is almost closed upon us people, time to strap on your inner Gandhi and gird up before it’s too late!

Also see Philip K. Dick and the expression, “The Empire Never Ended”.
