Man, what a depressing day today, working at my wage slave job, tired, reading about zionist-NWO warwongering bullshit, it’s enough to suck the life right out of your carcass!

So here’s some post-apocalyptical music, just what the warmongering banksters love!

Soundgarden – Fell on Black Days

Alice In Chains – Man In The Box

Nirvana – Something In The Way

  1. Hi dad2059…

Sorry to hear about your end of day depression. Rest assured you share the the same melancholy feelings with many other folks on any given day. The greater one’s mental acumen and sensitivity to the ways of the world the moreso one can get depressed. If a person is in less than sterling health, out of shape or suffering from poor nutritional habits, then one can becom locked in the terminal grip of anxiety and depression.

Thanks for the music postings, all three are appropriate productions to match up with anyone’s despair.

Your comments and the use of the posted songs to relate your feelings concerning the NWO and no doubt other issues reminded me of the “Hungarian Suicide Song” also known as “Gloomy Sunday”. It has a history of being linked to many suicides over the years related to those that had listened to the tune. Although many of the suicides might simply be “urban myth” there has been enough concidental deaths linked to the listening of the melancholy song. Evidently listening to gloomy music which can reinforce one’s angst is not necessarily a good thing and should be avoided.
    Sunday is gloomy,
    My hours are slumberless
    Dearest the shadows
    I live with are numberless
    Little white flowers
    Will never awaken you
    Not where the black coach
    Of sorrow has taken you
    Angels have no thought
    Of ever returning you
    Would they be angry
If I thought of joining you?

    Gloomy Sunday

    Gloomy is sunday,
With shadows I spend it all
    My heart and I
Have decided to end it all
    Soon there’ll be candles
And prayers that are said – I know
    But let them not weep
Let them know that I’m glad to go
    Death is no dream
For in death I’m caressing you
With the last breath of my soul
    I’ll be blessing you

    Gloomy Sunday

    Dreaming, I was only dreaming
I wake and I find you asleep
In the deep of my heart here
    Darling I hope
That my dream never haunted you
    My heart is telling you
    How much I wanted you

    Gloomy Sunday

I’ve provided two versions the first is a rendition by Billie Holiday, the second is a Hungarian production which is quite good especially since it’s supported by a set with actors. The Hungarian singer/actress is stunningly beautiful.

In summation one can really get in a funk by reading and analyzing too much negative material, none of which we have any control over. So overloading the psyche with such along with my aforementioned psysiological stressors is not a good thing.

I highly recommend that folks that suffer from depression to quit thinking and analyzing too much. Try spend a half hour a day in silence with no noise or as little noise as possible, simply learn to be still and quiet for a length of time. It has an amazing influence against negative stressors. Basically its baseline meditation without any complexity.

The second is make it a point to take a quality mega vitamin along with the B-Stress complex every day. I recommend capsules over tablets since they dissolve more readily into one’s system The body does not store the B complex for any length of time in the tissues, so it must be replace daily. If one is under extreme stress then I’d highly recommend popping two a day. You’ll know you are properly dosed because your urine will be bright “signal yellow”.
Also make it a point to drink as much water as possible during the day to keep the system flushed and the body, especially the brain hydrated.

Thirdly I recommend some type of excercise; ie., simple walking, riding a bike or possibly jumping on a rebounder (round trampoline) for about 15 minutes, whatever, but do something other than vegetate in front of the computer screen, the TV, or some other modern day noisome distraction.

    Still the consciousness
Attend to proper nutrition and diet
Get some “reasonable” excercise on a daily basis

  2. That’s PRE-apocalyptic music, Jarhead! Yeah… they don’t make it like that, anymore, do they? Just that “rap” crap, where widdle punks run around with their drawers down around their sneakers, and their hats spun off to the side like mama’s boys!

You’re a morose old leatherneck tonight, ain’t ya? Here… let the ol’ gear-stripper show ya the way home…

    Lucy Lawless

Puts a little spring in a man’s step, don’t it? May even work for geezers like Carl and the real Geez, huh?

  3. Hi dad2059…

I posted one which should have come up on the board, but the two supplied links no doubt caused Aski some concern. Thanks for an assist.

  4. Thanks for the concern guys, I feel better this morning. I’m in my wage-slave harness this a.m. HW, so I have to check out ol’ Lucy honey when I get home, I might need the uplift that’ll give me by then!

I released you from Aski’s jaws again Nemo, he must like your ham-bone or something.

1990s grunge was great I thought. I think it’s more appropriate for this decade IMHO. The elitists sure know their social engineering by pushing that rap-crap over the past ten years though, it certainly diverted attention from society’s ills by shoving pure materialism into the faces of the youth while disguising it as music of the “downtrodden.”

    What bullshit! 👿

  5. Thanks Highwayman for the Lucy Lawless clip. 😀 I’m not completely dead yet. Once in a while myself and a few of my senior citizen buddies hang out at a local t-bar and watch the youngun’s slide up and down the chrome pole. Actually we get treated better than the male youngsters in there because either they sense we are harmless or the fact we might be “solvent”… :))

As Jed Clampett used to say, “Yeee Doggies!”

I had to take another dose of my blood pressure meds after that HW!

  7. Sometimes You have to get down cause it’s all just part of the big I…the other side of the coin and the yang of the yin. Savor it for what it is, only the present here and now, which will become the history to compare to the high times of another.

Billy Holiday did it for me, wish she was still around and I had a chance.
The gal on the stage is somewhat superficial, not sayin that she doesn’t turn me on. There’s some snow on the deck, but still some fire in the hold… 😎
