How is everyone doing this week? Still have a bank account? Company retirement? 401K? Stocks? Piles of worthless paper?
To be honest, I haven’t had the balls to check my 401K at work, I think the shock would give me a stroke!
Not that it would matter, with my luck a stroke wouldn’t kill me outright, just paralyze me. And with the US Government printing presses running 24/7 to make enough Monopoly money in order to “bail out” banks and financial institutions, the idea that Social Security will be funded when the Japanese and Chinese start calling in their markers is just ludicrous.
So begging for alms looks like a real possibility for poor, disabled folk in the near future.
Great, isn’t it?
Very real possibility. But, if we keep printing funny money non-stop to keep Wall Street consolidating into ever larger and larger monstrosities, the world might not allow us to drop forever into the blackhole sewer, because we would either start WWIII, or drag the rest of the planet down the economic crapper with us according to Benjamin Fulford in this article.
And because the theory of “decoupling” ( disentanglement from various economies ) is proving to be so much bullshit as the UK and China start to experience the “pain” of the US with its over-inflated values of property and bogus fiat paper floating all over the planet:
Even in the case where the direct effect is small — the decoupling assumption — the U.S. slowdown still can have a substantial net impact on European exports because of its indirect effect on Asian imports from Europe.
So Europeans should not be tempted to think that they are somehow “decoupled” from America’s foibles and woes. Until recently, many Europeans thought they were insulated from the current U.S. housing and mortgage crisis. But in what has been a truly malignant “export” from America to Europe, the U.S. created “garbage debt” in the form of sub-prime mortgages, and Europeans — hungry for extra yield, and as reckless as Americans — bought it. Many European banks’ balance sheets are now as contaminated as those of American banks, and no one is sure who is holding — or hiding — the junk, and how to value it.
This is why European banks are now reluctant to lend to each other. They could be lending to an institution that is in serious financial trouble.
It is hard to imagine that higher interest rates and reduced credit availability will not lead to distress for Europe’s overall economy. Yet this is exactly the stance of the European Central Bank, which is treating the euro zone as if its financial sector was somehow decoupled from the rest of the economy — and running a different monetary policy for each sector at the same time.
By pumping in whatever liquidity the financial sector needs to alleviate the credit crunch, the ECB is effectively maintaining a deflationary bias for the financial sector, whereas it has announced an inflationary bias for the rest of the economy.
A monetary policy at war with itself cannot long endure…

Which is exactly what happened in the Eurozone these past two weeks as word of impending financial insolvency of Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae became apparent and word of Lehman Brother’s bankruptcy got around, all of Europe’s markets panicked, not just one or two. As soon as they got word the US government were either directly bailing out or loaning money to these places, the panic eased some.
And so it happened once again this week shortly after Lehman Brothers, AIG started to go belly-up. Thus, the Federal printing presses are cranking up full speed to loan Monopoly money to AIG.
So what can we take from all of this?
1.) Washington ’s Three Stooges:
Greenspan and Bernanke have not been alone in what will surely be remembered as America ’s Financial Apocalypse – the eventful period ushering in a decade-long depression, as predicted in my 2006 book by the same title. Certainly, President Bush did not create these trends. But his financial irresponsibility has accelerated their magnitude. In less than eight years, he has managed to increase the national debt by 90%. As the data shows, not only has he led the worst recovery since the post-WWII era, he has also positioned his successor with budget shortfalls for many years to come due to Part D Medicare, the Iraq War, and his tax cuts for the wealthy.
Combined with the staggering deficits for Medicare and Social Security , America ’s economy will be in the gutter for many years to come even after the banking and real estate troubles cool down. No one else is talking about these issues because they’re wrapped up in the daily drama. But save this article and others I’ve written because I’ve been mentioning the longer-term problems ever since writing my book. In a few years, more people will begin to address these issues once they are transformed into daily drama.
2.) President Bush’s attempts at a recovery:
…have been so horrendous they’ve actually led to the current recession, which will turn out to be the worst in decades. I would venture to guess he is desperately pleading with officials to come up with even more gimmicks to hide the full realities of the economy so the worst will be reported only after he leaves office. But I will guarantee you if Washington and the Fed continue this reckless game of applying band aids instead of letting things play out, we will see a much bigger crisis down the road, similar to what happened after Greenspan tried to mitigate the dotcom collapse. You can bet this is going to happen because Washington does not understand the meaning of preemption.
Altogether, we have had eight years of no gains in real median wages, flat stock market returns, and minimal net new jobs. Despite what you have heard, after adjusting for debt spending, population growth and realistic adjustments to the GDP deflator, there have only been 3 or 4 quarters of GDP growth since 2005. If you adjust for military, government and minimum wage positions – i.e. jobs funded by tax payers and jobs that don’t pay anything – there have been absolutely no net new jobs. Bush’s largest gains have been with inflation, oil and food prices, debt, trade deficits, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and healthcare costs. If an assembly of the world’s leading economic strategists were to design the most destructive economic disaster possible, they could not match the results of Bush’s tenure. Even the most loyal Bush supporters will admit he has been an absolute disaster – that is if they’re being honest. America is now more dependent on foreign nations than ever – not only for oil, but also credit and manufactured goods.
3.) America ’s “Resilient” Economy:
Many of the pundits flood the propaganda networks with repeated denials of the problems, boasting how resilient the U.S. economy is. You know who they are. I’m not quite sure what they’ve been smoking. But it appears to be some sort of hallucinogen because they seem to expect Superman to bend the economy back into shape. Ladies and Gentlemen, in case mommy never told you, there is no Santa Claus and there is no Superman. And if you think Bernanke’s printing presses have an endless supply of ink and paper, just wait until the real crisis appears. So you had better get ready because it’s coming. It is virtually inescapable. And it’s going to cause devastation around the globe. Of course I’m taking about the likely implosion of the CDS market.
Let’s take a look at America ’s “resilient economy.” Let’s see…the entire financial system is in the process of blowing up. Already there have been over $500 billion in bank losses, with over $1 trillion more to come. Over one dozen banks have failed, with hundreds on deck. A handful of large hedge funds have blown up, with hundreds more on the way. Already, over $1 trillion has been transferred from the Fed to the banking cartel. But I estimate another $1.5 trillion will be needed to maintain liquidity as banks de-leverage over the next few years. Unemployment is now over 6% and inflation is over 5%, even with Washington ’s manipulation of the data. Virtually every metric in the housing market is at multi-decade lows, except for foreclosures which are hitting new highs.
Taxpayers are now on the hook for billions of dollars of potentially worthless debt held by Fannie and Freddie. It’s now official. America ’s free market economy is really a socialist system for corporations. One could argue this to be a form of Fascism. My best estimate for losses due to the Fannie and Freddie taxpayer bailout are between $200 to $500 billion. The worst case scenario would be $800 billion. If this economy is resilient, I can’t wait to see how it magically bounces back. When Superman fails to show up, Washington might consider giving David Copperfield a call. But this would be one illusion he won’t be able to pull off. Get the popcorn ready.
So there you have it. Ain’t too pretty, is it?
I think this is going too fast for the Builderburglers to keep up with, the victim…er…patient has severed an artery instead of a vein and it’s in danger of bleeding to death.
And guess what, China wasn’t ready enough yet to take the reins of world economic super-power.
Too bad, so sad as Highwayman is wont to say.
So you say you don’t believe there’s an NWO, Bilderberger, Trilateral Commission or Council of Foreign Relations or any form of shadow government running anything? That’s your right I suppose.
But unless you’re a billionaire or work for the oil companies and the military-industrial-congressional complex, you’re resigned to a pretty shitty life for the coming decade if you didn’t prepare right.
Had enough yet?
The US federal government take-over/nationalization of the mortage giants Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae over the weekend was not a big surprise to government people and insider world financiers. The world stock markets breathed a temporary sigh of relief this morning as the markets in Asia and the EU opened; The US economy, still the largest on Earth was not going to tank and take the rest of the planet with it, not today anyway:
World stock markets soared Monday after Washington announced a bailout of mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac — a move that could help bolster a shaky U.S. housing market and renew global investor confidence.
By afternoon in Europe, Germany’s DAX jumped 3.45 percent to 6,338.89 and France’s CAC 40 climbed 4.83 percent to 4,399.55.
Trading on the London Stock Exchange, Europe’s oldest independent exchange, was halted in the morning because of a computer fault but Britain’s FTSE 100 had risen 3.81 percent to 5,440.20 shortly after 9:00 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), and remained at that level midmorning.
“It was a very broad rally,” said Lawrence Peterman, investment director at Eden Financial in London. “All the banks are up strongly on the back of the U.S. news at the weekend.”
Shares in HSBC Holdings Plc, Europe’s largest bank by market value, advanced 5 percent. HBOS Plc, one of Britain’s biggest mortgage lenders, rose 12.98 percent, and Barclays Plc, the country’s third largest bank, 11.90 percent.
Over in Asia, Japan’s benchmark Nikkei 225 index surged 3.4 percent to 12,624.46, while Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index advanced 4.3 percent to 20,794.27. Seoul’s Kospi rose 5.2 percent.
Ordinary folks had no idea this was going to happen, even tinfoil hat wackos like me.
Until Saturday when I was surfing the ‘Tubeways and checked out the Project Camelot site anyway.
Now Project Camelot collects all kinds of esoterica, NWO and UFO stuff all of the time and Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy interview various people who have inside knowledge of these subjects.
One of these people, Benjamin Fulford, is a regular there and is a person I have flamed in the past for being a possible NWO disinformation agent. Mainly because of the fantastic claims he has promised and failed to come through on.
The point I’m getting to here is that Cassidy/Ryan post that during an abbreviated phone interview with Fulford on September 4th, he refers to September 8th, 2008 as a date when something very important is going to occur:
We had a telephone interview scheduled yesterday with Benjamin Fulford which was unexpectedly canceled at the last minute. It appears he’s very concerned over the latest turns of events, and would only say that we should be aware of 8 September. We know nothing more than this, other than he stressed that things are constantly changing.
Two weeks previously he publicly stated that he had learned from his own sources that 30 September would be important, being the end of the US Fiscal Year. It was then, he had been told, when US bankruptcy could be announced, with various complex major consequences.
Could he be referring to the FMac/FMae take-over? This is vague at best, but Fulford is an economist by trade, supposed NWO fighter by choice. Could he have foreknowledge of this?
As you can see by the above excerpt, the Japanese market sky-rocketed and the dollar is propped up further by this development.
Fulford also has an article explaining why the US Government is trying to pick a fight with Russia, and it concerns the end of the US fiscal year ( September 30th ):
The US war-mongering and talk of World War 3 is nothing more than a desperate negotiation tactic aimed at staving off US bankruptcy, according to two sources affiliated with US intelligence agencies. The Bank for International Settlements has demanded that the Bush/Nazi cabal that has taken control of the US pay back trillions of dollars they stole from the rest of the world by September 30th, the sources say. The money was stolen during the Reagan presidency by George Bush senior to finance the collapse of the Soviet Union. This money must now be returned to its rightful owners, the sources say. As the deadline approaches, the cabal has threatened to impose martial law on the US and launch World War 3 unless they are given a reprieve.
Hmmm, won’t the sheeple be surprised after Monday Night Football, eh?
Gas rationing, food rationing, heating fuel rationing, round-ups of people of Middle East descent, searches, jailings, progroms.
Not to mention radiation from Russian and Chinese nukes lighting up the Northern Hemisphere like a billion Christmas trees.
And where do you think Bu$hco, Cheneyburton, Sweet Candy, the neo-cornholers, the Rockefellers and most exclusively, the Rothschilds are going to be?
Not enjoying the light-show outside, you can bet your ass on that!
But is that scenario going to play out? Are we going to dodge a very large bullet?
Karl Schwarz, a nanotechnology entrenpeneur and NWO/Zionist hater has been on the warpath lately when it comes to “Bu$hco Dirty Diapers” in the Caspian Sea area of Central Asia. He may be full of himself as Geez says, but he’s blunt and to the point:
It really is not Russia’s fault that US political and military planners cannot read a map. Nor is it their fault that for three decades US schemers and $$$-dreamers have planned to try to steal the Caspian Basin area from Russia, and even from the nations that were once part of the USSR. Nor it is Russia’s fault that the US is led by such morons and incompetent people that they cannot get anything done anywhere on Earth. his entire fiasco in Georgia is a US-Israel planned operation to back Russia up from the US precious pipeline right-of-way across Georgia. That pipeline does not pass through South Ossetia – at its closest point it is 55km away. The Zionist Neocon Globalists at CNN have tried to convince American Sheeple that Russia started this. Not a chance. Russia did not start this…but they will end it. Yet another armored division has entered South Ossetia to push out the Georgian Army, led by US and Israeli Jew advisors. Russian armor and troops have also flooded into the other breakaway region of Abkhasia. Many of the BBC reporters are starting to ask the hard questions and the pathetic answers, or no answer, are beginning to show. Some Simple Facts 1. When the USSR disbanded, South Ossetia and Abkhasia voted to stay with Russia, not Georgia. I have not seen the vote tally for Abkhasia but in South Ossetia the voter turn out was 95% and 99% of those voters elected to stay with Russia. The US and Saakashvili have tried to undermine that democratic choice ever since the people of South Ossetia made their decision. 2. The current president of Georgia is American educated, very much a Zionist globalist and New World Order proponent. He is a US and Zionist puppet. 3. The current Minister of Defense in Georgia is former Zionist Israel Army. 4The Candy Rice visit to Georgia – while Bush and Medvedev were at the G8 Meetings in Hokkaido, Japan – was simply a staged photo op to assure the Zionist Masters that the US was standing with its puppet regime in Georgia. It was also announced during her trip to Georgia that the DoD had scheduled war games for Georgia for most of the month of July. Those war games ended July 31, Georgia attacked August 8. Do the math. 5. The purpose of the war games was to train the Georgian Army in ‘counterterrorism operations’ and ‘door-to-door urban warfare.’ In reality, it was prepping it to invade South Ossetia. 6. There was no ‘urban war’ or ‘terrorism’ in South Ossetia until Georgia and its US and Israeli Jew advisors personally delivered them. 7. The advisors included both US military and Zionist Israel military. Evidently, Ukraine troops were also involved in the invasion and murdering of civilians. The war started with the death of at least 10 Russian peacekeepers, and then Georgia with its US and Zionist Jew advisors started in on the genocide of civilians….something the zhids especially love to do. 8. Israel has been providing military equipment to Georgia for years. Israel lusts to stir up war and dissension and terrorism. The US does, too. Human sacrifice and financial plunder are their life’s blood. So, all those US and Israeli advisors stayed right there after the end of July, and directed the Georgia attack on South Ossetia killing – so far – over 2,000 and injuring many more. By any definition, the attack by Georgia was a premeditated act of war and sheer, genocidal terrorism…ultimately ordered and orchestrated by the US and Zionist Israel. 10. President Medvedev has instructed Russian military judicial and forensics professionals to document these war crimes against the people of South Ossetia. Russia intends to press charges for war crimes against the perpetrators. Many of the major networks of the Zionist-controlled MSM continue to attempt to try to brainwash the American Sheeple into believing Russia was and is the aggressor. Nothing could be further from the truth. This has been a US-Israeli directed war carried out by their puppet regime in Georgia. Russia responded, logically, properly and quickly to the attack…the sovereign right of any nation to defend its territory and citizens. The people of South Ossetia made the decision in the early 1990s to stay with Russia. Most of the people who live there have Russian passports, not Georgian passports. 13. Now it is the US, Israel and Georgia who are refusing to recognize a democratic vote of the people. Democracy? No, it is sham US policy, lies and double-speak. It is all about that damned pipeline across Georgia. 14. And let’s not forget the name George Soros as being right in the middle of all this. Soros is “Mr Pipeline” and aids and abets US and UK aims in that department all over the Black Sea and EU venues. George is one of the front men for attempted US hegemony in this part of the world, always using his Zionist Jew connections to open doors and milk the locals for all he can. That George fails to get anything done – over and over again – is completely consistent with the peoples of the EU and Black Sea areas being sick and tired of US and Zionist Israel interference and intimidation, and plundering of their lives. 15. Into Monday, EU time, Georgia still has troops fighting in South Ossetia….and Russia is still eliminating them. Russian jets continue to hit targets inside of Georgia until Georgians wise up and get out of South Ossetia. and Meanwhile, Deadye Dick and the Village Idiot continue pointing the finger at Russia and demanding a ‘cease fire’ when it was the US, Israel and their puppet Saakashvili that started this fiasco. Evidently, from their ivory towers in DC and villas in TelAviv, these vile Zionist Neocons thought this was going to be yet another cake walk. They have now found out otherwise. 17. The Russian Black Sea fleet has blockaded Georgia to prevent any further military arms from coming into Georgia from Israel and the US. 18. Ukraine has been involved in this fiasco as well, and made the mind-boggling statement that the Russian fleet cannot come back to its home port in the Crimea region of Ukraine. I think, when the time comes, the 1,000 pound Russian Bear is going to park, eat or sleep wherever it damn well wishes. Expect the Ukrainian people to be up in arms very soon about Ukraine involving itself in the BushCo-TelAviv directed South Ossetian sneak attack, terrorism and genocide. 19. In reaction to the Ukraine naval port threat and its involvement in the Georgia conflict, Russia immediately changed the value of the Ruble versus the Ukraine dollar as first punishment. The Ukraine economy is so weak that such a move by Russia will be felt by all Ukrainians, including those pensioners Russia pays for each month. If there is a God in Heaven, Yuchenko’s days will be numbered, too, with Ukrainians, most of whom have seen their wages fall to less than $500 a month. Yes, you read that right, $500 or less a month. 20. It is apparent the US, Israel and Georgia underestimated what the blowback to their plotting would be. These delusional, killer morons are not good, America. If you think they are “defending America” you need to think again. 21. Russia has also rushed humanitarian aid into South Ossetia. 22. The idiot ‘war planners’ of the US and Israel forgot to plan for that. The crisis and human suffering is increasing by the hour in Georgia. Saakashvili is about to go apoplectic at the level of ‘humanitarian catastrophe’ these idiots have led him, and Georgia, into. 23. My bet is the Georgian people will soon cast their vote and team back up with Russia. It is obvious the US and Israel and Soros only care about the pipeline and oil and gas…a fact being realized by more Georgians every day.
It should be noted that one of the original aims of the PNAC was to have fiefdom client states set up all the way from the Horn of Africa and up through client states Ukraine and Georgia with the Bu$hco anti-missile shield that’s supposed to “deter Axis of Evil Iranian” missiles. Yeah right, Cheneyburton knew what those missiles were all about because that was a plan from the 1970s when he was cutting his criminal chops in Tricky Dicky’s Misadministration. The plan has always been to snag Central Asian oil and box in the USSR/Russia.
But guess what happened on the way to Dubai, the Russians and the Chinese long ago figured it out and now this neocon/zionist wetdream is exploding all over, and not in the place where it was meant to feel good! Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!! 8))
Hat tip to Jeff Rense
Here is a subject I might know a little about, farming.
I grew up on a dairy farm in the 1960s and 1970s. I saw a lot of changes during that time, tractors getting larger, haying and grain equipment getting larger and cows getting larger.
See the pattern here?
But my Dad didn’t believe in that philosophy. Mainly because he couldn’t handle a business worth a shit, but some of what we did at that time had wisdom to it. Like breeding a first calf holstein heifer with a small breed like a Jersey so the calf wouldn’t be so big and cripple the heifer while she was giving birth. Or saving some of the previous harvests seed, like corn, oats or winter wheat for planting the next year. People call that ‘organic farming’ now, but back then it was SOP.
Let’s take a look at organic farming for instance. To be certified ‘organic’, a farmer must prove that he/she hasn’t used any kind of chemical or artificial hormone on their livestock and feedstock for three years. Any and all seed must be of the heritage variety, no Monsanto, Dow Chemical or Bayer GM crap at all. And that’s a tall order now because these corporations have the seed market monopolized to the point where almost all farmers if they want to plant any crop, they have to use the dangerous GM stuff.
I have four cousins who farm organically, one has done it for twenty years. There’s a market for it and the prices are high for organic commodities, thus they are able to make pretty decent livings from it despite the planned destruction of the family farm. Amish communities in Pennsylvania have been able to make good livings from classical farming methods for over three hundred years. It’s only been during the past twenty years they’ve had difficulties because their young people are leaving for the big city and corporate farms buying up all the good cropland.
It is because of these corporate farms and the massive government subsidies they receive for growing corn for ‘biofuel’ that the current world food crisis is occurring now.
And guess who’s in the thick of the biofuel debate now? That’s right, Barack Obama, Democratic Party Presidential candidate:
When VeraSun Energy inaugurated a new ethanol processing plant last summer in Charles City, Iowa, some of that industry’s most prominent boosters showed up. Leaders of the National Corn Growers Association and the Renewable Fuels Association, for instance, came to help cut the ribbon — and so did Senator Barack Obama.
Then running far behind Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton in name recognition and in the polls, Mr. Obama was in the midst of a campaign swing through the state where he would eventually register his first caucus victory. And as befits a senator from Illinois, the country’s second largest corn-producing state, he delivered a ringing endorsement of ethanol as an alternative fuel.
Mr. Obama is running as a reformer who is seeking to reduce the influence of special interests. But like any other politician, he has powerful constituencies that help shape his views. And when it comes to domestic ethanol, almost all of which is made from corn, he also has advisers and prominent supporters with close ties to the industry at a time when energy policy is a point of sharp contrast between the parties and their presidential candidates.
In the heart of the Corn Belt that August day, Mr. Obama argued that embracing ethanol “ultimately helps our national security, because right now we’re sending billions of dollars to some of the most hostile nations on earth.” America’s oil dependence, he added, “makes it more difficult for us to shape a foreign policy that is intelligent and is creating security for the long term.”
Mr. Obama very noticably declines to mention the issue of the subsidies. It is a well known fact that Obama’s home state Iowa is the second largest producer of corn in the U.S. and Obama of course would be remiss if he left his clientel hanging should he be selected to be President.
So how does the world feel about corn being diverted from food to fuel production? Well, the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) makes a token attempt to protest biofuel subsidies in the U.S. and Brazil:
As was widely expected, the U.S. and Brazil’s biofuel programs came under heavy criticism at the Food and Agriculture Organization’s (FAO) food crisis meeting yesterday in Rome. Jacques Diouf, its head, reserved most of his reprobation for the U.S.’s billions of corn ethanol subsidies (roughly $12b in 2006), which he said were depriving developing countries of food, reports The Guardian‘s Julian Borger.
He accused the U.S. of diverting close to 100 million tons of cereals from human consumption to “satisfy a thirst for fuel for vehicles.” Officials from U.S., Canadian and European biofuel industries had written to Diouf prior to the summit to warn him not to lash out against biofuels — advice he clearly (and rightly) chose to disregard. Ed Schafer, the U.S. agriculture secretary, tried to deflect blame from the ethanol subsidies, claiming biofuel production only accounted for 2 – 3% of the rise in food prices.
By comparison, the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) research estimates that it has accounted for 20 – 30% of the price increases over the last 2 years. For its part, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) believes that biofuels caused nearly 60% of the increase in the consumption of cereals and vegetable oils between 2005 and 2007.
Schafer also tried to peddle the canard that corn ethanol was an “efficient producer of energy,” despite mountains of evidence to the contrary (see this post about the significant land-use concerns).
Please note that although Brazil subsidizes their biofuel industry, they use cellulose from switchgrass to turn into alcohol fuel, which isn’t food to begin with. But wholesale clearing of rainforest to grow it is a big issue. Thus this has ecological impact as well.
So what to do? Well, quit giving corporate welfare to mega-farms for one thing. But campaign coffers are filled by corporate PAC money and Monsanto is a big player here. Not only that, Monsanto gengineers the seed for the ethanol:
No doubt Monsanto plans to come up with new, “improved” corn seed products that will target new, improved pests, and will be able to resist new, improved herbicides. That is the treadmill that the human race has put itself on, and whether we’ll ever be able to get off of it seems a highly doubtful proposition, unless food prices rise so high that biofuels become politically impossible. But that dreary quagmire is not the point of this post.
For some time, How the World Works has been convinced that the rush to biofuels will significantly boost the ongoing rollout of genetically modified organisms. There’s just too much money at stake in the energy business for it to be otherwise. The popularity of the latest biotech crops is a perfect illustration of this. These seeds aren’t cheap — they are top-of-the-line products. But for well-financed farmers and industrial-scale agribusinesses aiming to cash in on ethanol demand, seed costs are not a significant barrier. It seems reasonable to expect, in the not-too-distant future, quadruple- and quintuple- and sextuple-stacked hybrids that do all kinds of fancy things such as incorporate herbicide resistance, targeted pesticides, and modifications that make the corn cheaper and easier to industrially transform into ethanol
So there it is in a nutshell. Or a GM corn kernal anyway. Follow the money and you will find how the world works. I have to hand it to the mega-corps though, they have managed to ‘collectivize’ farming to the point that would’ve made the old U.S.S.R. blanch. Or bow down to them.
Well, the U.S. is due for a round of neoliberal corporate communism anyhow and the ‘green technology’ field is slated to be the next big bubble economic powerhouse. And corporate GM corn for biofuels plays a big part in it. Plus picking the wallets of the slaves to pay for it just sweetens the pot even more for these assholes.
Also, don’t expect this to create any middle-class jobs for American citizens, most of the machinery that agribusinesses use are automated, even the tractors.
And there are plenty of illegal immigrants willing to work for three dollars an hour to monitor the equipment!
Here is a little piece from Benjamin Fulford at the Project Camelot site:
We asked Benjamin Fulford for a status report on the current state of affairs regarding whether there had been any change as a direct result of the public stand he took speaking out on behalf of the Asian Secret Society about the world situation. In answer, he wrote the following in an email dated today:
For the reaction, you will notice that Asian countries have stopped buying US government bonds. The US secret government has retaliated by artificially raising food and oil prices.
We are in the middle of World War 3. The US and Israel have been taken over by Nazis and the rest of the world is trying to take them down.
The reason the society has not started assassinations yet is that the Nazis in the Bush/Clinton administration want any excuse to start all out world war. However, if starvation begins in earnest, there will be assassinations.
I haven’t been a fan of Benjamin Fulford lately, he talks a big game, but no results. Assuming the above statement is true, why hasn’t there been a true decoupling of the Chinese economy from the U.S., or the yuan from the dollar?
IMHO I believe Fulford to be a Rothschilds disinformation agent. This bears continuous watching.
On the other hand, there’s this news item:
Giant agribusinesses are enjoying soaring earnings and profits out of the world food crisis which is driving millions of people towards starvation, The Independent on Sunday can reveal. And speculation is helping to drive the prices of basic foodstuffs out of the reach of the hungry.
The prices of wheat, corn and rice have soared over the past year driving the world’s poor – who already spend about 80 per cent of their income on food – into hunger and destitution.
The World Bank says that 100 million more people are facing severe hunger. Yet some of the world’s richest food companies are making record profits. Monsanto last month reported that its net income for the three months up to the end of February this year had more than doubled over the same period in 2007, from $543m (£275m) to $1.12bn. Its profits increased from $1.44bn to $2.22bn.
Cargill’s net earnings soared by 86 per cent from $553m to $1.030bn over the same three months. And Archer Daniels Midland, one of the world’s largest agricultural processors of soy, corn and wheat, increased its net earnings by 42 per cent in the first three months of this year from $363m to $517m. The operating profit of its grains merchandising and handling operations jumped 16-fold from $21m to $341m.
Similarly, the Mosaic Company, one of the world’s largest fertiliser companies, saw its income for the three months ending 29 February rise more than 12-fold, from $42.2m to $520.8m, on the back of a shortage of fertiliser. The prices of some kinds of fertiliser have more than tripled over the past year as demand has outstripped supply. As a result, plans to increase harvests in developing countries have been hit hard.
Cargill’s 86% jump in profits is truly an insane evil, to be outdone only by the oil megacorps’ profits the first quarter of this year.
The be priced out of getting heat and electricity can be life threatening in its own right, especially during the winter months in the North East. It can be survivable during the spring or summer though, I’ve known people who have done it.
But to purposely price the daily life from literally hundreds of millions of people is not only a crime, but a true evil only equalled by the likes of Bu$h, Clinton, Pol Pot, Mugabe, the Junta in Burma, the Chinese Technocrats and other lower dezinens of the NWO.
Could the Myanmar junta and the Chinese be victims in their own right via the ‘natural’ disasters that have been hitting their nations recently by senior NWO members HAARP technology? Unknown.
And do these recent events give Fulford credibility? The waters are murky in this regard and bear further diligence.
The following is a 2006 interview of Henry Kissinger concerning the Middle East by Charlie Rose. Rose is a member of the mainstream media of course, but here he masterfully backs Kissinger into a couple of corners in which he babbles standard Order memes and platitudes. Henry to his credit, is as wily and evil as ever, probably more so than he was when he was schooling Nixon back in the 1970s.
Kissinger: American, Israeli and Iranian strategic interests converge
Eric Janzsen writes in the online February ’08 Harper’s Magazine:
Our economy is in serious trouble. Both the production-consumption sector and the FIRE sector know that a debt-deflation Armageddon is nigh, and both are praying for a timely miracle, a new bubble to keep the economy from slipping into a depression.
We have learned that the industry in any given bubble must support hundreds or thousands of separate firms financed by not billions but trillions of dollars in new securities that Wall Street will create and sell. Like housing in the late 1990s, this sector of the economy must already be formed and growing even as the previous bubble deflates. For those investing in that sector, legislation guaranteeing favorable tax treatment, along with other protections and advantages for investors, should already be in place or under review. Finally, the industry must be popular, its name on the lips of government policymakers and journalists. It should be familiar to those who watch television news or read newspapers.
There are a number of plausible candidates for the next bubble, but only a few meet all the criteria. Health care must expand to meet the needs of the aging baby boomers, but there is as yet no enabling government legislation to make way for a health-care bubble; the same holds true of the pharmaceutical industry, which could hyperinflate only if the Food and Drug Administration was gutted of its power. A second technology boom—under the rubric “Web 2.0”—is based on improvements to existing technology rather than any new discovery. The capital-intensive biotechnology industry will not inflate, as it requires too much specialized intelligence.
There is one industry that fits the bill: alternative energy, the development of more energy-efficient products, along with viable alternatives to oil, including wind, solar, and geothermal power, along with the use of nuclear energy to produce sustainable oil substitutes, such as liquefied hydrogen from water. Indeed, the next bubble is already being branded. Wired magazine, returning to its roots in boosterism, put ethanol on the cover of its October 2007 issue, advising its readers to forget oil; NBC had a “Green Week” in November 2007, with themed shows beating away at an ecological message and Al Gore making a guest appearance on the sitcom 30 Rock. Improbably, Gore threatens to become the poster boy for the new new new economy: he has joined the legendary venture-capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, which assisted at the births of Amazon.com and Google, to oversee the “climate change solutions group,” thus providing a massive dose of Nobel Prize–winning credibility that will be most useful when its first alternative-energy investments are taken public before a credulous mob. Other ventures—Lazard Capital Markets, Generation Investment Management, Nth Power, EnerTech Capital, and Battery Ventures—are funding an array of startups working on improvements to solar cells, to biofuels production, to batteries, to “energy management” software, and so on. Wow. My ol’ buddy Highwayman sure called this one right, especially about ‘favorable tax treatment’, meaning Wall Street firms will get the favorable part, not us:
Yep, the Canadian element of Gore/Suzuki Morons Inc. are yapping their fool heads off, once again, bleating the virtues of a “Carbon Tax” that supposedly will make big business pay for polluting the environment! But, you know who REALLY is going to pay, now, don’t you? US! Not big business, whom ‘Stupid Pants’ really worships, but the common people! (link)
Say what you want about The Highwayman, (in fact, he doesn’t care what anyone thinks of him, he loves a good fight!) he has studied the world bankers and financiers for almost thirty years, so he has a good feel for what they do to the world’s working poor and middle classes. Yes, he’s a Christian and people accuse him of being a ranting fundie at times, but he’s a friend and never hid who he is from anybody.
Unfortunately, this economic bubble and tax the poor scheme the Federal Reserve gangsters have imposed upon us since 1913 is the only game in town. As Janzsen notes in his essay; “Given the current state of our economy, the only thing worse than a new bubble would be its absence.”
It gives the old tome ‘bubble, bubble, toil and trouble’ life like Frankenstein’s Monster! (Gawd, another cliche, somebody make me stop!)

Russia’s Defence Ministry said on Saturday a U.S. plan to shoot down an ailing spy satellite could be used as a cover to test a new space weapon.
The ministry said there was insufficient proof that Washington’s decision to fire a missile at the disabled satellite was to prevent a potentially deadly leak of toxic gas as it re-entered Earth’s atmosphere.
“In our opinion, the decision to destroy the U.S. satellite is not as harmless as it is being presented. Especially as the United States has been avoiding talks on restricting a space arms race for quite a long time,” the ministry’s information department said in a statement.
“Under cover of discussions about the danger posed by the satellite, preparation is going ahead for tests of an anti-satellite weapon. Such tests mean in essence the creation of a new strategic weapon.”
The Russians, of course, know what is going on. Our Rockefeller owned government is showing the Chinese (primarily the Chinese assassins based on Taiwan) that the U.S. Star Wars tech is alot better than theirs and that if anything should befall David Rockefeller and the Western NWO elite, the U.S. military will knock out all of the Chinese satellite communication network, and then unleash all of the race specific bio-weapons in full force they intended to in the first place.
The Chinese Communists are strangely quiet about this, but maybe not so strange. The Communists are in heavy with the Western NWO while the old Chinese Nationalists that are comprised of the underground assassin network, loath the WASP NWO. Of course the assassin network is all over Asia and even the Communists know that even the highest levels of their government might harbor some of these highly trained killers. The Rockefeller faction, and the Rothschilds too were given the ultimatum to stop the Middle Eastern genocide and stop seeding the earth there with depleted uranium. The Rothschilds decided since to take the EU World Government approach and preach the Earth goddess religion while the ultimatum infuriated the Rockefeller faction it looks like. They want to go ‘full speed ahead’ with their ME oil grabbing ventures and want to use the U.S. ‘big guns’ to see it through.
While Russia stands back, observes, and rakes in more money from their gas sale monopoly in the EU. And the Rothschilds seem content to pay the Russians, for now.
Nuclear power for spaceflight has been a bugaboo in the American space program for decades. I believe it was the SALT II Treaty of 1967 that banned the use of nuclear weapons in the upper atmosphere and low earth orbit. Since then, the nuclear incidents of Three Mile Island (1979) and Chernobyl (1986) have driven home the need for nuclear safety in the areas of energy production and the environment. But as far as space exploration is concerned, especially in the U.S., things have gotten out of hand.
The recent proclamations of China, Russia, India, and yes, America to return to explore the Moon, Mars and the rest of the Solar System using human beings have offered up the old questions of human durability and travel times between planets. Various propulsion methods have been suggested and designed. But guess what the good ol’ U.S. decided to use for it’s return to the Moon. That’s right, chemical rockets. With subtle improvements of course, like using cheaper fuels like kerosene or methane. The only differences being the way that the chemicals are stored, like better cryogenic systems, meaning the stuff is stored colder. Wow, big deal! Colder cheaper fuel with the oxydizer, liquid oxygen, gets you the same horsepower as the liquid hydrogen, which is more expensive to produce. Impressed yet?
Estimates made by researchers over recent years show that nuclear power, if used in long-distance space voyages, will save considerable funds and shorten interplanetary journeys. In a Mars mission a nuclear-powered engine would cut flight time almost by two thirds, compared with a jet engine using ordinary chemical fuel. The rim of the solar system could be reached within three, rather than 10, years. Nuclear plants can be used not only as sources of electric power, but also as sources of heat to support life and productive activities at bases beyond Earth.
Russia and the United States have laid a good groundwork for progress in this field. But Russia leads in such key factors as maximum hydrogen temperature and specific thrust impulse. In fact, it is the only country in the world that has a hands-on technology for building space-based nuclear reactor plants.
The U.S. only once tested a nuclear reactor like the Soviet Topaz unit. It was in 1965. The reactor lasted 43 days, although the satellite on which it was installed is still in orbit as part of space junk. Russia has launched about 40 spacecraft with nuclear plants aboard. Most of them were used for spying purposes and, once activated, stayed in low near-Earth orbits for several months on end.
These small nuclear power units are safer and more reliable than the old 1960s designs that were previously proposed. Reduced travel times to the planets are more cost effective when using small, modern nuclear power cells. I realize radiation is always in back of people’s minds, especially Americans, almost to the point of pathology I think. We want cheap energy to run our toys and lifestyle, which means burning fossil fuels and polluting the air. But then we complain (or ignore it as official government policy) to the rest of the world that there’s global warming, give Al Gore a Nobel Prize and tell Third World countries they can’t burn oil or coal to fuel their rising economies! What’s up with that? A bit more than a “little” hypocracy I’d say! It must be because we know what nuclear radiation does to people. Hiroshima, Nagasoki anyone? Add guilt to that also.
Time has passed for that crap now. While solar power satellites in orbit beaming down energy to solar energy plantations are great, they would only supply 10-20% of our needs. Modern compact nuclear power cells using helium-3 as fuel are outstanding stop-gap powerplants for both space travel and here on Earth. Until we can figure out that pesky hydrogen fusion issue anyway.
And remember you nay-sayers, if Americans won’t/don’t do it, for sure China, Russia and India will. Think about that when you’re peddling your bike-powered electric generator to charge up your cell-phone!
