Economics NWO Style: Mission Almost Accomplished In USA

From myway.com:

The calculus of living paycheck to paycheck in America is getting harder. What used to last four days might last half that long now. Pay the gas bill, but skip breakfast. Eat less for lunch so the kids can have a healthy dinner.

Across the nation, Americans are increasingly unable to stretch their dollars to the next payday as they juggle higher rent, food and energy bills. It’s starting to affect middle-income working families as well as the poor, and has reached the point of affecting day-to-day calculations of merchants like Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) (WMT), 7-Eleven Inc. and Family Dollar Stores Inc. (FDO) (FDO)

Food pantries, which distribute foodstuffs to the needy, are reporting severe shortages and reduced government funding at the very time that they are seeing a surge of new people seeking their help.

While economists debate whether the country is headed for a recession, some say the financial stress is already the worst since the last downturn at the start of this decade.

From Family Dollar to Wal-Mart, merchants have adjusted their product mix and pricing accordingly. Sales data show a marked and more prolonged drop in spending in the days before shoppers get their paychecks, when they buy only the barest essentials before splurging around payday.

“It’s pretty pronounced,” said Kiley Rawlins, a spokeswoman at Family Dollar. “It seems like to us, customers are running out of food products, paper towels sooner in the month.”

Wal-Mart, the world’s largest retailer, said the imbalance in spending before and after payday in July was the biggest it has ever seen, though the drop-off wasn’t as steep in August.

And 7-Eleven says its grocery sales have jumped 12-13 percent over the past year, compared with only slight increases for non-necessities like gloves and toys. Shoppers can’t afford to load up at the supermarket and are going to the most convenient places to buy emergency food items like milk and eggs.

“It even costs more to get the basics like soap and laundry detergent,” said Michelle Grassia, who lives with her husband and three teenage children in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Her husband’s check from his job at a grocery store used to last four days. “Now, it lasts only two,” she said.

To make up the difference, Grassia buys one gallon of milk a week instead of three. She sometimes skips breakfast and lunch to make sure there’s enough food for her children. She cooks with a hot plate because gas is too expensive. And she depends more than ever on the bags of free vegetables and powdered milk from a local food pantry.

I know this situation upclose and personal. There have been times, especially when being on disability on and off from heart surgeries and recovering from epileptic seizures in recent years. In the good ol’ USA anymore when counties are cutting back on services to the poor, companies moving overseas to pay slave wages and remaining companies telling employees “take what we pay ya, or hit the streets” ( except for executives of course), living paycheck to paycheck is definitely a challenge. The working poor and lower-middle class in this country aren’t running an increasing debt load just to buy extra “goodies” like stereos, HDTVs, computers and iPods. They’re running a debt just to pay the bills and eat. And I’m not even touching on expenses like car repairs, car insurance or any of that sh*t.

The proof is in the pudding of this article. Bu$hco has almost singlehandedly destroyed the greatest republic in Western History in just seven short years. Once this nation is destroyed economically, the path will be cleared for the neoliberal agenda of creation of the North American Union.

Thus the next phase of the NWO plan of Global Dominance will be complete.

  1. This past week, the Dow Jones Industrials dropped 500-600 points, unemployment numbers are up and the dollar is almost at the 2:1 ratio against the euro.

Couple that with Greenspan and Bernanke constantly bad-mouthing the dollar against other world currencies 24/7 and China holding 80% of our war debt, try to convince me there’s not anything going on!

  2. You’ve never had a republic, Marine, it’s a goddamn monarchy, just like ours. A monarchy controlled by an oligarchy of rich men! Our governments, like the British Monarchy, are figureheads!

Since when have the people ever had a say? The political system makes a good smokescreen to cover who REALLY rules the country, and keeps the suckers from looking to closely at those BEHIND the scenes. The 2000 “election” outcome should be proof of that! If we happen to fall in line with the ‘agenda’ in our “vote”, all well and good. However, as stated, there sometimes are ‘adjustments’ that need to be made when the stupid proletariat don’t perform to elitist expectations.

Let me tell you, when a damned soda jerk at DQ can make TWICE what a professional driver does, that shows you the system is really fucked up! And when automobiles are sold for the price that a house was only a few years ago… yeah, you’re right – there’s something going on!

And the worst part is… it’s irreversible!

Welcome to the “New” World Order!

  3. The Rothschild Financiers have determined that the U.S. economy is slated for destruction, it can’t happen any other way. Bu$hco has done a real good job of robbing and transferring the wealth of the country right into Rothschild banks and accounts.

When the elites offer up the amero and uniting the North American Continent as a solution to economic disaster, the deluded public of course will accept this, especially if it’s presented as a way to keep people from being homeless and standing in soup lines.

Fear will drive people to almost anything and the U.S. public is already paranoid from the daily dose of propaganda about “Islamo-fascists”.

It’s like I’m watching a really bad movie on Mystery Science Theater 3000 knowing what the ending is going to be like and unable to do anything about it.

  4. The great experiment called the “euro” that created the European Union monetary scheme, despite being snickered at by arrogant, “Murika is the best nation on earth, y’all,” NASCAR-luvin’ conservatives, has been a success beyond the wildest imaginations of the eurocrats.

The USA, as with everything in the 21st century, is left on the sidelines to scratch their bellies and heads, and ask, “what the hell happened?”

Well, the Iraq war happened. To the tune of $12 billion a month on credit, no less. Some economists think the cost of the Iraq war will exceed $1 trillion. No wonder we’re at the $9 trillion dollar debt ceiling and scrounging around, begging nations to buy our T-bills.

    Like communist China.

Meanwhile, in European trading, the euro bought $1.4319 as of Oct. 17th, 2008 or, it will cost you $1.43US to buy one Euro dollar.

The British pound climbed to $2.0472 on Friday, meaning it will cost you $2.0448US to buy a pound sterling.

Even the naysayers and denialists are beginning to understand this isn’t an accident of poor economic planning by a neoconservative government. By driving the value of the US dollar down, the pathway is created to launch the North American single currency scheme combining the US dollar with the Canadian dollar and the Mexican peso.

When I first read about this scheme (a decade ago) I thought it was fiction and not remotely plausible in my country. A decade on and I see it becoming a reality in the very near future. Likely, in HRC first term in office.

  5. I’ve speculated on this before, Shillary will usher in the NAU as a solution to a highly propagandized, paranoid and fearful public that has been beat about the head and shoulders with a “fear of economic depression/terrorist attack” ball-bat on a daily basis.

Despite many warnings, this will happen. But as you say, the euro has been a success. Will the amero be a similar success?

I wouldn’t have such a problem with the concept of a North American Union or an amero if it wasn’t for the simple fact that the voting public never had any say in the matter. Probably not that it would’ve mattered much anyway, people have been lulled right into apathy, so they probably wouldn’t have voted. People have willingly giving up their civic duties to protect their own rights and the upcoming yuppy generation welcome the coming dictatorship. Why worry about such things as citizenship or civic concerns when you don’t have the time? Let the politicians do it for you, that’s what they’re there for, right?

  6. I hope the citizenry wakes up before the frogwater gets too comfortable.
While protecting our rights is important, we are also losing the resourcers that sustain us on the planet. Here we are, carrying our own bottle of water and many of us (including me) are using inhalers (some of which cost $200 apiece) just to breath the air that might one day be a luxury just like water is today. Can we walk anywhere we like in the country side anymore? No…not even on the US government land which belongs to us. Here in Oregon we have to buy a hiking permit to go into the wilderness or pay to go into most of the State Parks. I’m worried about more than my rights; I’m worried about the conditions of our existence and the very essence of our lives…G:

  7. “Poor quarterly results from banks across the US over the past two weeks suggest credit problems once confined to high-risk mortgage borrowers are spreading across the consumer landscape, posing new risks to the economy and weighing heavily on the markets.

US banks have raised reserves for loan losses by at least $6bn over the second quarter and by even larger amounts from last year, indicating financial executives believe consumers will be increasingly unable to make payments on a variety of loans.”

The above is from today’s Financial Times. If you want to deal with the hassle from these cheap bastards to read the whole article:

I have friends who filed bankruptcy just before the creditcard companies closed that door. They were able to get back on their feet, but you won’t see that happening again for others.

  8. G: The public lands are no longer “public”, they are slowly being turned over to logging and mining companies. While Bu$hco isn’t the first to do this, he certainly accelerated the process. Air pollution is bad in quite a few sections of the country, the West Coast seems pretty prone to it. Keep carrying your inhaler G:, we wantcha around for a while to keep mentoring us. 😎

Mirthy: The banks and credit card companies made double sure to keep us chained to the Credit Wheel of Pain with that damnedable “bank”-ruptcy farce. I’m glad your friends got the hell out when they did. Some weren’t so fortunate, I’m one of them.
